Learn about improving your health and boosting your energy throughout the day. This workshop will give you tips on healthy alternatives to white rice and high protein meat substitutes.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains are also packed with essential nutrients like protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals as opposed to unhealthy processed foods. Discover how seeds like chia, flaxseed, sunflower and pumpkin seeds are nutritional powerhouses too! They are an excellent source of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals like calcium, zinc, and magnesium.
In this session you’ll also learn all about food chains, and why it’s best to buy organic and sustainably sourced ingredients.
