Participants will get an introduction on whole-food plant-based diets, how our diets affect the environment, and what the ideal human diet. Learn how to make delicious “No-Tuna-Tuna”! Plant Power! Many people are concerned about protein deficiency when going plant-based or vegan.

In this workshop, participants will get an introduction on whole-food plant-based diets, how our diets affect the environment, and discuss the ideal human diet. You will get a chance to ask the Tan Sisters all your questions in a special Q&A session.

Then participate in an interactive cooking demonstration where you will get a chance to work with a source of plant protein called “No-Tuna-Tuna”!

“No-Tuna-Tuna” is vegan, protein-rich, delicious, and easy to make! You will learn about the various ways to eat “No-Tuna-Tuna” as breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks.

Sweet Hummus will also be introduced as dessert!
