Learn how to make gluten-free, dairy free, egg free, sugar free and 100% delicious dessert pies in this 1-hour workshop! Connect with your food by exploring how to work with wholefood ingredients (nuts, berries, seeds & fruits) and turn them into desserts that are not only better for you but for the planet too.
What are we making? – Every participant will be making 4 beautiful little mini pies at home in Thanksgiving and Autumn flavours (pecan caramel, pumpkin spice, cranberry & apple caramel).
Learning portion/outcome/layer – Plant-based eating & incorporating local ingredients as part of the circular future of food and an easy way to increase how you live sustainably.
