Richard Ekkebus is Director of Culinary Operations and Food and Beverage, for the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. He honed his skills under the tutelage of Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Passard and Guy Savoy. Richard has cooked for top international celebrities including Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Beyoncé and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
